www.inbloom.gr tries to be as accurate as possible regarding the characteristics of the products displayed in our Online Store. However, flowers are seasonal products, some types are not always available, so they are replaced with products of comparable value, the same applies to the bases of the compositions, wrappings, etc.

Right of Changes

inbloom.gr reserves the right to make any change to its Online Store, commercial, policy and Terms of Use at any time it deems necessary without any warning.

Order Cancellation and Refund – Due to Defect

If your order has already been prepared, shipped or delivered, we are unable to cancel it. If your order is scheduled for a future delivery date, we can cancel it and give you a full refund up to two days before the order is due. Returns are only accepted if the products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them and with complete packaging. Also, if the recipient refuses to receive a product that has been ordered and paid for by a second person, then we will contact the sender so that we can be provided with an alternative shipping address.

Returned items will be accepted within 2 days of delivery and there will be refunded within 2 days .

In order to avoid your own inconvenience, please check upon delivery of the products their condition, their packaging as well as their type, in order to identify any obvious defects. Please contact us to indicate your desire to return your products. In case of return of products that are defective or different from what you ordered, they will be replaced immediately without any charge on your part. In any other case of return, your money will be credited to your account within the next two working days.

Governing Law – Disputes

The visitors of the Online Store www.inbloom.gr automatically agree that the specific Terms of Use are subject to the Laws of the Greek State regarding any dispute arising between the users and the Online Store inbloom.gr, and consequently of inbloom.gr. Any dispute relating in any way to

use of the inbloom.gr Online Store or with the products or services sold through it, an attempt will first be made to resolve it out of court. In the event that such resolution is not reached, disputes and related issues will be resolved in the competent Courts of Athens.
