You can choose your pick-up method, either by picking up from our store, or by sending it to your home or workplace.

Pickup from the store

Online you have access to a wider collection of products than what you can find in our store. If you wish to buy products that are only available online, simply order them, save your order online on our site and come to our store to collect.

Delivery to home or workplace - Within the Basin & Prefecture of Attica

When you shop online, you can always choose to have your order delivered to your home, workplace, or wherever is convenient for you. The same applies if you send a gift to another recipient, so it is necessary to give us the recipient's phone number in order to contact him. The cost of transport will be proportional to the area and the mileage difference. For your shipments to Attica (on the urban web - by location) delivery can be made on the same day if you have placed your order by 17.00 in the afternoon of the same day.

Delivery times vary depending on the deliverey address you have chosen, the delivery of your items and the time of day you place your order.

Post Office or Courier company (2 - 3 Business Days) - Shipping Costs are met by the customer

Some products can be sent by courier. These products cannot be flowers, plants or flower arrangements due to their volume and because we cannot guarantee their quality upon receipt. Courier shipping costs will be €5.50 up to 2 kg and €7 for parcels up to 8 kg. For each extra kilo the charge is €1.50. The costs may exceed this amount due to the volume of the products or in case your area is considered difficult to reach by the courier companies.

In some remote areas shipping by courrier is still impossible. In such cases the shipment is made by post.

Shipments Abroad

Overseas shipments are made by post vary by country of shipment.

For countries that belong to the European Union (EU) the shipping cost is €26 up to 2 kg and a charge of €2 for each additional 0.5 kg. For countries outside the European Union, the shipping cost is €31 up to 2 kg. Orders abroad are not delivered by cash on delivery.

Payment methods and transaction security

We accept credit/debit card payments (Visa-Master-Maestro-Mastercard) from all banks or countries. For online orders, the payment is made in the secure environment of Eurobank. For phone orders, billing is done over the phone by our permanent staff (we do not ask for your PIN).

Cash on delivery if the delivery is to your address.

You can make a deposit at one of the cooperating banks. Payments from foreign banks are NOT accepted except after consultation before any movement
